Split Rock Lighthouse is a great place to hike and enjoy the view of Lake Superior. This digital hand painting was done after a fun day family trip to the lighthouse. Took many photo’s that day and the photo just did not do it. You could not see the lake and the fog was a bit heavy on the lighthouse….so after years of thinking about painting it I did. 6 months and about 50 hours of hiding in the basement I called in finished.
The new life in the trees, the quite stillness of the fog gives a feeling of hope and peace…
